MICHAEL BOVINGTON BSc FRICS
Michael has been a partner at LTA since 1987.  He became a Chartered Surveyor in 1981 and was elected to fellowship of the RICS in 1994.  He also became a Member of the Association of Planning Supervisors in 2005.  Michael has a strong background in Social Housing and considerable experience in implementing new developments in the field including Decent Homes programmes and Self-Build.

ROBERT SIMPSON BSc MRICS
Robert has been a partner at LTA since 1987. He became a Chartered Surveyor in 1984 and has over 30 years experience in the profession. Robert also has a background in housing and currently oversees our growing portfolio of work for private clients and much of the survey and party wall work for our practice.

SIMON WHITE BSc MRICS
Simon became a Chartered Surveyor in 1984 and joined Michael and Robert in partnership in 1988. Simon has considerable expertise in the field of education and special needs projects and oversees a large number of new-build alterations and refurbishment projects in the sector.
